1. Not for human or animal use

2. Buyer eligibility and representations

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You will not administer the products to yourself, to any other person, or to any animal;

• You are not purchasing on behalf of, or for delivery to, any person who intends such use.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not purchase, use, or transfer any product for any of the following purposes, and we will refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for them:

• Human or veterinary consumption or administration in any form;
• Compounding, formulating, or manufacturing any product for human or animal use;
• Resale to consumers or to any party that intends consumption;
• Any use that would violate applicable law in your jurisdiction or the destination jurisdiction;
• Any unlawful, dangerous, or deceptive purpose.

4. Handling, storage, and disposal

You assume full responsibility and liability for the safe receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product purchased. Research materials must be stored as indicated on the product page and handled only with appropriate protective equipment and laboratory controls.

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is lawful to purchase, possess, use, and dispose of in your jurisdiction, and for obtaining any licence, registration, or authorisation required.

5. Regulatory and export compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, use, transport, import, and export of research chemicals. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import requirements in the destination country.

We do not ship to jurisdictions where the sale or possession of a given product is prohibited, and we may decline any order on that basis.

6. No medical or professional advice

Nothing on this website constitutes medical, veterinary, legal, or other professional advice. Product descriptions, specifications, and any references to published research are provided for informational purposes only, describe third-party scientific literature, and are not claims about the safety or effect of our products in humans or animals.

7. Acknowledgment at checkout

Every order requires you to affirmatively acknowledge that you are 21 or older and that the products are purchased strictly for laboratory research use. This acknowledgment is recorded with your order, together with the date and originating IP address, and forms part of the contract of sale. Orders placed without a valid acknowledgment will not be processed.

8. Right to refuse, cancel, and report

Yield N Helix reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to refuse, limit, or cancel any order; to request evidence of a buyer's research credentials; and to decline service to any person or organisation. Where we reasonably believe an order is intended for unlawful use, we may report it to the relevant authorities.

9. Breach

Any breach of this policy voids all warranties, terminates your right to purchase from Yield N Helix, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your misuse of a product.
