1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Your purchase is governed by our Research Use Only Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and which you must read before ordering.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and be legally permitted to purchase research materials in your jurisdiction. By ordering, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Orders, acceptance, and pricing

Your order is an offer to buy. No contract is formed until we accept your order and dispatch the products; an order confirmation email is an acknowledgment of receipt, not acceptance. All orders are subject to availability and to verification.

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to price and describe products accurately, but errors can occur. Where a product's price or description is materially wrong, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid, even after a confirmation has been sent.

Order totals, including shipping, are calculated and confirmed by us at checkout. Any amount displayed before that point is an estimate.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of order using the methods offered at checkout. Where a manual or offline payment method is selected, your order is held as pending and no products are reserved or dispatched until we receive and confirm cleared funds.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not receive or store full card numbers or cryptocurrency credentials. Where a cryptocurrency payment is underpaid, overpaid, or arrives after an invoice expires, we will contact you to resolve the balance or arrange a refund of amounts received.

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith to resolve the issue.

5. Shipping, title, and risk

Shipping timelines, restrictions, and refund handling are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy, incorporated by reference. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier.

6. No medical claims; no advice

Our products are not drugs and have not been evaluated by the FDA. Nothing on this site is intended as medical, veterinary, legal, or professional advice, and no statement should be construed as a representation that any product is safe or effective for human or animal use.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for any express written specification of purity or identity provided on a product's Certificate of Analysis, the products and this website are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that product descriptions or other content are complete, reliable, or current.

8. Assumption of risk and responsible use

You assume full responsibility for the lawful and safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of any product you purchase, and for compliance with all laws applicable to you. You agree not to use or supply any product for human or animal consumption or for any unlawful purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yield N Helix, its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any product — including any misuse of a product — whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Yield N Helix, its owners, officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of any product, your breach of these Terms or the Research Use Only Policy, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Yield N Helix name, logo, product photography, text, and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Yield N Helix operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and Yield N Helix agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, supply shortages, regulatory action, payment-provider outages, natural events, or labour disruption.

14. Changes, severability, and entire agreement

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Research Use Only Policy, Privacy Policy, and Shipping & Returns policy, form the entire agreement between you and Yield N Helix regarding your purchase.
