Shipping

Orders are processed and dispatched within one business day of payment confirmation. For manual payment methods, processing begins once we confirm receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and shown before you place your order.
• Delivery times vary by destination and carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate, complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.

Returns

Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on proper storage and handling, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns of products once they have shipped. This policy protects the safety and integrity of research materials.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. For manual or crypto payments, refunds are arranged directly with you.
• Orders in pending payment that are never paid are automatically closed and incur no charge.
• Underpaid crypto orders are held for review; contact us to resolve the balance or arrange a refund of amounts received.

Order cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order that has not yet shipped by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
